What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
RTT® is an award-winning therapeutic approach that combines the most effective principles of clinical hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP, and psychotherapy. Instead of spending years talking about the problem, RTT uses deep relaxation to reach the subconscious, where your patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses actually live, and change them at the source.
Hypnosis isn’t mind control, and you’re never asleep or out of control. It’s a naturally focused, deeply relaxed state (you drift through it every night as you fall asleep). In that state, your mind is far more open to insight and new beliefs.

Free discovery call
A relaxed 15-minute chat about what you’re struggling with and what you want instead. We’ll decide together if RTT is the right fit.

Your RTT session
A deep dive of 2.5 to 3 hours. Through guided hypnosis we find the scenes and beliefs at the root of the issue, then reframe them clearly, calmly, and in your own words.

Your personal recording
You receive a bespoke hypnosis audio created just for you. You’ll listen daily for 30 days, which is how the new wiring becomes your new normal.

Integration & support
We check in as the changes settle. Many clients feel a shift immediately; for others it builds steadily over the 30 days.
Frequently asked questions
Can I be hypnotized?
Almost certainly. Hypnosis is a natural state you already pass through every day. If you can follow instructions and want the change, you can be hypnotized. It’s a skill we build together, not something done to you.
Will I lose control or say things I don’t want to?
No. You stay aware and in control the entire time. You can talk, move, even open your eyes. You simply feel deeply relaxed. Most people describe it as the calmest they’ve felt in years.
How many sessions will I need?
RTT is designed for rapid results: most issues are addressed in one to three sessions, supported by 30 days of listening to your personal recording. Deeper or layered issues sometimes benefit from a few more.
Do online sessions work as well as in person?
Yes. RTT works very well over video. You’ll just need a quiet space, headphones, and a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
