Children’s Emotional Wellbeing

Gentle, age-appropriate support for anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling kids, from a certified children’s mental health practitioner.

Kids feel big things. They just don’t have the words yet.

Tummy aches before school. Meltdowns that come out of nowhere. Trouble sleeping, new fears, big worries about friends or failure. Children carry stress in their bodies and behaviour long before they can explain it.

The good news: children respond wonderfully to guided relaxation and imagination-based work. Their minds are flexible, their beliefs are newer, and change often comes faster than it does for adults. Sessions are playful, gentle, and always paced to your child. I hold a Children’s Mental Health certification, and this work is close to my heart.

Frequently asked questions

What ages do you work with?

I work with children and teens aged 5 to 17, with sessions adapted to age and attention span. For the youngest, parents are closely involved, which helps the calm carry over at home.

Is hypnosis safe for children?

Yes. For kids it looks like guided imagination and storytelling, states they slip into naturally during play. A parent or guardian is always welcome to be present, and nothing is ever forced.

Will you tell me what my child shares?

I keep parents informed about themes and progress while protecting the trust your child places in our sessions. Anything important to their safety is always shared with you immediately.
