Reiki Healing
Gentle energy work that helps your body let go of stress and stored emotion, on its own or alongside hypnotherapy.
Calm for your body, not just your mind
Some seasons leave you feeling drained, scattered, or carrying tension you can’t quite name. Reiki is a quiet, hands-light energy practice that invites your nervous system to settle, so your body can release what it’s been holding.
I’m certified in Reiki Levels 1 and 2, and I often pair it with hypnotherapy: the subconscious work shifts the beliefs, and the energy work helps the body catch up. It works well on its own, too, when you simply need space to rest and reset.

Frequently asked questions
What does a Reiki session feel like?
Most people feel deeply relaxed, sometimes warm or pleasantly heavy, and many drift into a dreamy, meditative state. You stay fully clothed and comfortable the whole time, whether we work in person or over a video call.
Is Reiki a medical treatment?
No. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice. It supports relaxation and emotional balance, and it works alongside, never instead of, care from your doctor or therapist.
Can children receive Reiki?
Yes, gently and with a parent present. Sensitive and empathic kids tend to love it, and sessions are always shorter and paced to the child.
