Sessions are trauma-informed from start to finish. We move at your pace, your nervous system sets the speed, and nothing is ever forced.

Frequently asked questions

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is practical, present-focused support. We work on understanding your patterns and building tools that help day to day. It complements care from a doctor or licensed therapist and never replaces it.

Do I have to talk about my trauma?

Only ever as much as you choose. The work is paced by you, and there is real progress to be made without retelling your story: regulation, boundaries, and self-understanding go a long way.

Can coaching lead into hypnotherapy later?

Many clients start here and move into RTT when they feel ready. The coaching builds safety and trust first, which helps the deeper work land even better.
