Is this a weight-loss program?
No meal plans, no weigh-ins, no rules. We work on the subconscious relationship with food and body. For many clients, weight naturally follows, but the real outcome is freedom from the obsession.
Can hypnotherapy help with emotional or binge eating?
This is one of the areas RTT shines. Binge cycles are almost always soothing a feeling, not feeding a hunger. When the root feeling is healed, the urge loses its power.
